VeloBrands was founded on 3 core principles
1) That success comes when all parts of the value chain are understood and rewarded appropriately for the value they add. We understand our position in the chain as a distributor but we also understand it acutely from the point of view of the brand owner (we own our own brands) and the retailer; in particular the IBD as we operate 4 large stores here in the South West. Therefore we feel we are very well placed to understand your needs as a brand or retail partner and will always do our best to meet those needs.
2) That a focussed portfolio of select USP brands with appropriate sales and marketing will always yield better results than a large portfolio of generic brands. If we partner with your brand you can be assured that we will take it to the market in the most appropriate way and do our best to meet your expectations through focus and specialisation.
3) To always consider the long term view of the brand value and retailer relationship and act accordingly. It’s never about just the next sale, it’s always about long term brand value and fostering long term retailer relationships to maximise the outcome for all parties.
